The Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams uses Microsoft 365 data, such as data from emails, calls, meetings, and chats to create insights that help users build better work habits and help managers guide those better habits, leading to improved employee well-being.

Viva Learning helps employees browse content and search for specific learning resources that appeal to them and support their career growth. Users can search for relevant content just by typing into the search bar. You will see courses that are available through third-party providers like Coursera as well as content that's available from Microsoft.
