The pandemic highlighted timeless business needs

Those are just a few of the things we have all been longing for, as they all provide us with the opportunity to connect with customers and coworkers in person. David spent a bit of time pointing out that there are other, less obvious businesses demands that have been revealed because of the pandemic. A few of these include the need for:

- The right tools to create output.
- Motivation and engagement.
- Health and wellbeing.
Companies have had to figure out how to provide these and other requirements for their employees, virtually. Now, the challenge is to find a solution that will support the workforce at home and in-person.

David’s next point was no matter where we will be working from next, one thing is for certain—we will forever be a digital workforce. Again, this is a call to action for enterprises to provide the tools, like Teams, that will support all employees, no matter their proximity to the office or their proficiency.
